1. Subscription Plans — 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at wmagenciadigittal@gmail.com with your order details.
2. One-Time Purchases
For one-time report purchases, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the report was not generated or was significantly different from what was described. Once a report has been successfully delivered, it is considered non-refundable.
3. Renewals
For monthly subscription renewals, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the renewal charge. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at wmagenciadigittal@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and order ID. We will process your request within 3–5 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, or for requests made outside the applicable refund window.
